9月16日下午，受学院委托，李文敏老师在全院大会上作了《关于国际学术交流》的讲座，介绍了两次赴国外参加国际学术交流会议的经验和体会，会上详细讲解了国际会议论文的投稿方法以及参会的注意事项，并提供了2016年公共管理学科相关的国际会议信息。
    2015年7月，公司李文敏老师赴澳大利亚悉尼参加国际卫生管理教育和研究协会举办的2015年《Health needs innovation and invigoration – how do we as educators, researchers and practitioners respond》研讨会，在会上对《The integration of the basic medical insurance systems for the urban and rural residents in China》报告进行发言，并与参会者就中国城乡医疗保险的相关问题进行探讨。
同年8月底，李文敏老师再次赴匈牙利布达佩斯参加匈牙利国立公共服务大学承办的第十九届国际公共管理学术年会《Public management for the future: Innovative ways of governing and managing》，20多名参会者分别来自世界各国，李文敏老师是中国大陆地区的唯一参会代表，并代表AG真人国际在会上作了《Can the theory of corporate governance be applied in China’s public hospitals?--A case from the governance reform in China》报告，得到参会者的好评。
